My family and I decided a year ago that we wanted to take our mom to Italy. We began researching all the places we thought we wanted to see. Quickly, it became apparent how much planning and work would need to go into getting all 9 of us (some with mobility limitations) around to all the sites. I was beginning to become overwhelmed by the process when I found Kerri and Ultimate Italy Tours. From day one, Kerri was on the phone with me learning about our group and our preferences and traveling style. She customized our accommodations and travel to fit our needs.

Many times over the course of the year we asked her to change things, update us, answer our questions and she never hesitated to help us out. In fact, she was extremely quick to respond. She set us up with fantastic guides, so seeing the sights was amazing. Having Tommaso along for the trip added an Italian flare that we all loved too. If you can acquire him for your trip, totally worth it. She even walked our travel routes at night to make sure that we would have enough time to get to all our activities. Service was above and beyond. We wish that she traveled to other parts of the world too! Such an amazing trip!
